Home Sweet Home!

I am thoroughly enjoying being home for the Labor Day holiday! I drove in from Fort Worth last night after I got off work and slept in until 9:30 this morning! It was wonderful. Right now my family is watching an OU game on tv. I'm really glad college football is starting again. I've missed it. Life feels normal now. Mom and I went shopping for a little while today. Emily, we got stuff that I can mix and match with things I already have. I'm excited about getting creative with my wardrobe! This semester I will basically live in sweaters because the library is COLD! My job is awesome and I have a lot of fun working there. I've decided to write about some things that I love about seminary...and that make me smile.
-I love the chapel services
-The people
-The fact that I will have friends from all over the world by the time I leave
-Gigantic squirrels on campus
-The fact that I feel like I'm a minority b/c I'm a girl and an American! That cracks me up.
-Professors wear suits and cowboy hats
-There are creepy hallways that make for adventure when you're trying to find an office
-I get to find Chinese people!!!!

These are all random things, but I feel so blessed to be where I am. I cannot wait to see what all God has in store!

  1. I love you and miss you SO much.
It cracks me up that your profs wear cowboy hats. I can totally picture that. Do lots of Koreans go to your school? There are so many at our seminary here!
